Brian Clark: I grew up in Deerfield. It's a small town in western Massachusetts. My twin brother and I went to Frontier Regional High School. We chose Salem State because we liked the school and really liked the basketball program they have here.
SP: You recently surpassed 1,000 career points at SSU. Was that the proudest moment for you in sports?
BC: One of my proudest basketball moments would be winning a state championship our senior year.
SP: How's life in Salem for a college student?
BC: I enjoy living in the Salem area. It is very different than my home town, but I have adjusted and learned a lot since my freshman year.
SP: What does the team have in store for the end of this season?
BC: This year, we are doing well. As of now, we've won 13 in a row and stand at 17-6 overall. We have two regular season games left, and then hope to win the MASCAC (Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference) tournament.
We have a very talented squad, and when we play together we are a very dangerous team. And, with a lot of returning guys, I think next year we should have very high expectations for ourselves.
