Salem Students Honored At AIC, Clark, Springfield, Stonehill, RIT, URI

SALEM, MA — These Salem students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

Alexandra Tatosky was named to the Plymouth State University President's List for the spring 2023 semester. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 or better for the Spring 2023 semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. Tatosky is majoring in Undeclared at Plymouth State.

Hala Abusharkh was named to the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. Abusharkh is in the photographic and imaging arts program.

Matthew J. Williams was named to second honors on the Clark University Dean's List. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the Spring 2023 semester.

Students must have a GPA of 3.8 or above for first honors or a GPA between 3.50 and 3.79 for second honors.

The University of Rhode Island said Fiona Quinn Tierney, Kevin Rush and Stephen Szpak earned a spot on its spring 2023 Dean's List.

To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average.

David Hunt was named to the Spring 2023 Dean's List at Roger Williams University. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a grade point average of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

Carianne Morris was awarded a Master of Education from American International College (AIC) in Springfield.

Megan Curley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lasell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. She was also named to the Dean's List.

Lindsey Ruth Russell was named to Husson University's President's List for the spring 2023 semester.

During the spring semester, Russell was enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in exercise science/Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

Leah Morgenstern was named to the Spring 2023 Dean's List at Stonehill College.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have successfully completed all courses for which they were registered.

American International College (AIC) student Anthony Edokpa earned Dean's List honors for the Spring 2023 semester.

Edokpa is majoring in Undeclared Undergraduate.

AIC Dean's List honors are awarded to full-time students who have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA.

Springfield College has named Joseph Wong to the Dean's List for academic excellence for the 2023 spring semester.

Wong has a primary major of Exer Sci / Pre-AT.
