SALEM, MA — These Salem students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinction at colleges and universities across the nation.

Rachel Lamarre was named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester.

Lamarre is majoring in Public Relations and is a member of the Class of 2022. The requirement to make Emerson's Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

Julianna Debonis, majoring in Psychology

Bucknell University has released the Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2020-21 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean's list recognition.

Renne Venico, class of 2022, has achieved dean's list status for spring 2021.

Marina Whitlow graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Occupational Therapy.

Brian Woods earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Biology from Springfield College for studies completed in 2021.

Springfield College concluded its 2021 Commencement Weekend ceremonies with eight separate in-person ceremonies at Stagg Field on the Springfield College main campus, four on May 15 and four on May 16.
