SALEM, MA — These Salem students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinctions at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.
Tufts University student Owen Denby, Class of 2025, was named to the Dean's List for the spring 2023 semester.
Dean's List honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.

Roger Williams University said Tehani Eaton graduated with a BGS Social Science in May as part of the Class of 2023.
Alfred Bedell, a 2019 graduate of Salem High School, graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut in May 2023. He received a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and had been named to the Dean’s List every semester from spring 2020.

Anastasia Stefanski, a member of the Salem High Class of 2018, graduated Sum Cum Laude from Salem State this May with dual major in Health Care Studies and Spanish. She was the first student with that dual major at the university.
She is attending graduate school at Northeastern starting this fall to earn her doctorate in pharmacy.
