Salem Water Main Break Causes Rush-Hour Detours: Police
Salem police said detours were in place on Marlborough Road in both directions as of about 3 p.m.
SALEM, MA — North Shore drivers were urged to avoid the area of Marlborough Road in Salem on Thursday afternoon because of a water main break.
Police said crews were working on the break that was causing detours in both directions.
Inbound traffic was being detoured at Rockdale Avenue and outbound traffic was being detoured at Scenic Avenue.
