Shakespeare In the Park Coming To Salem This Summer
The Olde Salem Stage Company will perform"Much Ado About Nothing" at Charlotte Forten Park next month.
SALEM, MA — Shakespeare in the Park is coming to downtown Salem.
The Olde Salem Stage Company is bringing Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" to Charlotte Forten Park on Derby Street in August. The free outdoor shows will be Aug. 7, 8, 14 and 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Those attending are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.

The Olde Salem Stage Company is a new collaboration of area theatrical performers whose mission is to "present quality entertainment that engages, inspires and challenges audiences with both new and classic pieces while giving local artists an opportunity to develop and enrich their talents within the theater."
Then shows are featured in conjunction with the City of Salem's Arts & Culture Program.
