Sixth District Passport Fair Helps 217 Residents For Travel Abroad
Staff from Rep. Seth Moulton's office helped constituents submit passport applications and renewals over the weekend.
SALEM, MA — U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton's office hosted its third annual Passport Fair over the weekend, helping 217 constituents prepare travel documents ahead of the upcoming travel season.
The event led to 180 new passport applications and 37 renewals being successfully submitted.
Moulton's office said it was the first Congressional office in Massachusetts to host a passport fair, an effort designed to bring federal resources directly into the community. The goal is to help residents bypass backlogs and simplify the application process for families in the Sixth District.

"Our job is to make government work for the people, and I’m incredibly proud of my team for their hard work in making this event a success once again," Congressman Moulton said. "We look forward to continuing to provide high-quality, direct service to every constituent in our district and will continue to spread the word about events like this one in the future."
The event is part of what the office described as Moulton’s broader constituent services work. Since the initiative launched three years ago, the office has helped hundreds of residents navigate the federal passport system, according to the announcement.
