At 4:53 p.m., there was a report of a larceny from a motor vehicle on Purchase Street.

At 5:21 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on New Liberty Street.

At 5:53 p.m., a Woodbury Court resident wished to file a harassment report against a man living in his building.

At 8:07 p.m., police assisted a resident with a skunk on the property on Shillaber Street. The skunk was removed from the property.

At 11:21 p.m., a drunk man at a coffee shop on Washington Street was placed into protective custody.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

At 6:34 a.m., there was a hit and run motor vehicle accident with property damage on Jefferson Avenue.
