Adriatic Restaurant & Bar Makes It Official
Adriatic Restaurant & Bar on Washington Street celebrated a 1 p.m. grand opening Wednesday.
The Adriatic Restaurant & Bar has been operating since August, but owner Florian Cela opened the restaurant Wednesday at 1 p.m. to welcome Chamber of Commerce members and the dining public for a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The restaurant, just one of several new restaurants opened this year on Washington Street, offers white tablecloth service, Mediterranean-style food, beer, wine and cocktails as well as outdoor seating. The space was previously occupied by the Mexican restaurant Edgewater Cafe.
