Two people were killed and one person was hurt in a crash on Route 195 in Swansea Thursday night.
State Police said troopers responded to the crash at about 11:10 p.m. and found the vehicle engulfed in flames. A young man made it out of the vehicle but a young man and a young woman died inside, police said.
Police said the vehicle, heading westbound, left the road and struck a tree. They are investigating exactly how the crash happened.

The survivor was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
None of the victims’ names were immediately released.
