5 Things You Need to Know: April 1

1. It's election day in Seekonk. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Seekonk High School. Follow Seekonk-Swansea Patch for the the results of the election. 

2. The Seekonk Board of Selectmen will be meeting Wednesday at 6 p.m. in their meeting room.

3. The Seekonk Speedway will be having its Custom Car Show & Go, Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The 2013 racing season will start May 5 at 2 p.m.

4. The Swansea schools' transportation registrations forms for students entering grades seven-12 for the 2013-14 school are now available at the schools' website on the transportation page under departments.
