This country is home to some of the biggest and best farms in the world. Farms that grow vegetables, fruit and livestock—all of which provide us with sustenance. Our farmers know how to take care of the land that allows them to make a living off it. They also take care of their livestock, protecting them from disease, the elements and their natural enemies—wolves. Farmers know the difference between a wolf, a dog and sheep. They don't get fooled by what the real dangers are to their farms. This is unlike most of us today.
Today we don't know the difference between wolves and sheep. And that is unfortunate because by now we should be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. But we don't. Very often, pundits and people rail against government or big business. The government is nothing more then the people we elect to facilitate our laws. It's the people we've elected that are the problem not our government. We shouldn't confuse the two.
TV news shows, newspapers and other media scream about the failures of government. Unfortunately, the media scream more when the government has a party in power that they don't agree with. Our leaders yell about the evil of big business. The sad truth is that our real problem is not government, or for that matter big business. Our real problem are the individuals we have elected and appointed to govern us.

The government leaders have been masters at obfuscation. They successfully have us fighting with each other over ideologies that are nothing more then smokescreens for what they are really doing. By doing this we have taken our eyes off what our real problems are.
Remember what Nancy Pelosi said about adopting Obamacare—"Well we should first vote for it then we will see what's in it.” What a stupid statement—yet we bought it. How many of us buy anything unseen? We would be fools to do that. And yet, we did exactly that with national healthcare as structured by our current occupants of Washington.

During the last presidential election, liberals and the media had us fighting over what was in Romney's tax returns. Is it more important to see how the Romney spends his money than how the people in government are spending our money?
The biggest success of the devil was convincing man that he didn't exist. The biggest success of our elected officials is that they have us fighting with each other over petty things rather then what they're really doing. Our farmers were always able to tell a wolf from a sheep. Unfortunately, we have not been as smart.
