Crazy Find In DUI Suspect's Car

Massachusetts State Police arrested an Assonet man for drunk driving and discovered 42 open nips of vodka in the man’s pickup truck.

Trooper Kyle Duarte pulled over James M. Woodward, 26, of Assonet, on Route 24 in Freetown at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday because of “motor vehicle violations,” according to State Police.

The trooper reportedly found that Woodward was “impaired by alcohol consumption” and found 42 open nips in the truck.

  3. Possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle
