The Living Inquiries, which include the Unfindable Inquiries, the Compulsion Inquiry and the Anxiety Inquiry, are tools to help us see through identification with our stories of 'me and my life.' Many are finding real freedom from their suffering by directly inquiring into what they believe is true, but on closer examination turns out to be simply a series of thoughts/words/pictures/sensations/emotions. When these are looked at directly through the Living Inquiries, it is seen that no thought/word/picture/sensation/emotion is 'me', and the identification with beliefs and physicality ceases.
At this introduction to the inquiries, we will explore each of the Living Inquiries – the Unfindable, Compulsion and Anxiety inquiries. I will also do a group guided inquiry, and perhaps some individually within the group setting, for anyone who is willing.
