Island Moving Co.-Aquidneck Island's contemporary ballet company- presents a luminous evening of performance and celebration in the magical gardens of Ronald Lee Fleming's Bellevue House.
Patrons will enter a lantern-lit garden, with live performances occurring unexpectedly among the allées, follies and ornamental pools of the Bellevue House gardens. A performance happening will draw the crowd into the glowing tent, where a short live auction will raise funds for the Island Moving Co.'s educational programs. Purchase a patron level ticket to get a reserved seat in the tent. New York's Tin Pan Band provides the music for dancing until midnight and Blackstone Caterers will offer hors d'oeuvres and desserts throughout the evening. The entire event seeks to evoke the magical Nuit Blanche in the City of Lights, during which Paris is alive with performance and music all night long.
