The SeekonkPublic Library will host a two session series at the library on Mutual Funds on Wednesdays, June 19 and June 26 at 6:30 pm.
Mutual funds are often recommended as one of the best investment choices for small investor’s, but where do we go from there? On June 19 presenter Robert LoRe will review what a mutual fund is and how to use a prospectus to learn more about funds and their related fees and expenses. In the follow up session on June 26, he will teach how to create an investment strategy based on mutual funds. Topics will include evaluating funds using benchmarks and indices and using popular resources Morningstar and Lipper for analysis.
