DARTMOUTH, MA — A New Bedford man was killed in a crash in Dartmouth early Friday.Carlos Santiago, 32, was driving a 2006 Mazda 3 on Interstate 195 east at about 3:30 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle, which rolled and crashed into a guardrail, <a href="http://www.mspnews.org/2016/07/state-police-investigate-a-fatal-crash-on-rt-195-east-in-dartmouth/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">according to State Police</a>. He was pronounced dead at the scene.The cause of the crash is under investigation.
