East Providence Mohawks Youth Organization will be hosting signups for our Summer Blacktop Outdoor Basketball League.
Boys - 4th & 5th grade, 6th - 8th grade, and 9th - 11th grade
Girls - 4th & 5th grade, and 6th - 8th grade
League begins June 16th, 2014

Completed registration, $35.00 Registration Fee, Copies of birth certificate, recent report card, and physical.
