1. After a cloudy start and some flurries, the sunny will be appearing, according to WHDH-TV,giving us temperatures with highs in the low 40s.
2. The cast of National Geographic Channel’s hit series, "Wicked Tuna" will serve as celebrity judges for the second annual Patriot Place Chili Cook Off presented by Bass Pro Shops on Saturday, March 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. Bass Pro Shops in Patriot Place’s South marketplace, south of Gillette Stadium on Route 1.

3. The Seekonk Cultural Council needs members. The Council funds cultural activities within the Seekonk community, including previous grants in support of Seekonk Public Library If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact the Board of Selectmen at 508-336-2910 to volunteer. The Seekonk Cultural Council is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
4. This is the 60th anniversary of Swansea Little League Baseball and the 2013 Opening Day will be April 13. The ceremony begins at 9 a.m. and players should be at the field by 8:45 a.m. Exhbition games wll follow.
