Former Case High Players on UMass-Dartmouth Baseball Team

Swansea's Luke Bomback had a solo homer and a triple as the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth split a doubleheader with Fredonia State in Auburndale, FL. Thursday.

The sophomore outfielder, who played at Case High, delivered his two hits in the first game, a 9-8 loss before the Corsairs bounced back for a 5-4 win in the second game.

Case High's Aaron Chouinard is a freshman left-handed pitcher at UMD and went 0-1, making a start and going four innings, while being charged with eight runs. He s a member of a young pitching staff for the Corsairs, who are predicted to finish eighth in the Little East Conference.

The Corsairs went 2-6 in their Florida trip.
