Come out to join in on a communal journey to peace, release, and wellness through the practice of sound healing, as SoundScapers return to The Heart Spot once again on Friday Oct.11. Bells, chimes, sound bowls, the shruiti box, chant, Native American drumming/rattling/prayer, and the didgeridoo will move us through the chakras and offer the opportunity to come to a place of profound relaxation and stillness.

Dr. Oz, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Deepak Chopra all call sound healing 'the next wave' in healing. If you join us once for this amazing practice, you'll understand why.

Remember to bring any items you wish to be positively charged by the experience, and a mat, blanket, pillow or anything else you need to be as comfortable as possible.

"Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. You can think of it as a natural result of the processes that run our physical bodies as well as our mental, emotional, and subtle bodies. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and potentially develop illness. Stress and negativity create blockages of a healthy flow of energy, showing up in the energy field around our body as lower energy disturbances at first, and later as illness in our physical body."
