MEDITATION  The process of putting attention on a chosen object or thought.  Directly concentrating on breathe, an image, phrase or word.  Research has shown practicing meditation to have many benefits to one's health, such as; increasing immunity, balancing emotions, lowers blood pressure, and bringing a sense of calmness.
