for an informative and a culinary creative workshop on identifying, harvesting
and using local plants to make healthy herbal teas for the summer. Taste freshly made tea from fresh grown herbs.
Think all teas taste the same? This workshop will teach youhow to make different tasty blends. There is nothing like sitting down with a goodbook and a freshly made iced or hot tea. Artist and Herbalist Jacqueline Boissonneau studied at the Boston School of Herbal Studies and is currently aVisual Arts Teacher. This is a SwanseaPublic Library Certified Fun Summer Program.
