Treat yourself to some old-fashioned fun and get a great workout, too! A simple hula hoop is all you need to burn calories and tone muscles. Local Hoopmaster Randy Schukraft will lead this fun hula hoop exercise session. All ages and abilities are welcome! Bring your own hoop or register so that an exercise weight hoop can be provided.
This session will meet in the Seekonk Meadows. Participants will meet at the gate at the top of the Meadows. The rain date is Saturday, June 7.
