Hurley MS Students Chosen as Stars of the Month

Star of the Month Recognition Program:

HMS will once again be recognizing students through the “Star of the Month Breakfast Program.” Each month, academic core teachers and encore teachers will be selecting students in order to recognize them for academic achievement, improvement, effort, going above and beyond, etc. The breakfast will occur first period of the day on a Friday. Students will have their picture taken, and those pictures will be published in the local paper. Students will enjoy a breakfast with administration, guidance counselors, and available teachers. They will also participate contests such as PLINKO as well as ½ court basketball shots for a chance to win money! Students are responsible for any class work missed during the breakfast ceremony.
