The Swansea Public Library is pleased to announce the start of a new club every Thursday at 3:30PM. Magic: The Gathering is a trading card game played by fans of all ages. Created by Richard Garfield, each game represents a battle between mighty wizards, known as “planeswalkers”, who employ spells, artifacts, and creatures depicted on individual Magic cards to defeat their opponents. A player starts the game with twenty “life points” and loses when he or she is reduced to zero. Bring your own cards if you have them.
