SEEKONK, MA - A Rhode Island man died in a single-vehicle crash on I-195 in Seekonk Saturday evening, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Police responded to the scene around 6:10 p.m. and found a 2003 Dodge Pickup that was traveling eastbound exited the left lane and went into the median. The driver of the car, identified as Chad L. Jackvony, 26, of Lincoln, R.I. died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
The left travel lane remained closed while authorities reconstructed the accident scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
