Seekonk Fire Chief Jack Out For Two Months After Surgery

Because of shoulder surgery, Seekonk Fire Chief Alan Jack will be out for two months, according to a report in the Sun Chronicle.

Jack will return on a part-time basis, according to selectmen chairman Nelson Almeida in the article. Captain Michael Healey will be running the department.

The new three-year contract will start July 1 for Jack. It calls for a $5,000 increase each year of the deal, which was approved by selectmen in December.
