Seekonk High Football Team to Face Case Tonight

It will be a cool start to today with temperatures starting in the 40, according to WHDH. It will turn out to be a sunny and cool day. Highs will be only in the upper 60s to low 70s.

In the high school football opener, Seekonk will be traveling to Case Friday night for a 7 p.m. game.

Congressman Joe Kennedy III announced that he will begin his fall schedule for ‘Tour 34’ by holding constituent office hours in Swansea and Somerset Saturday, Sept. 7. The Congressman has brought ‘Tour 34’ to communities across the 4th District this year as part of his ongoing commitment to hold constituent office hours in all 34 cities and towns by the end of 2013. 
The schedule for office hours is as follows: 10 – 11 a.m.-Swansea Town Library, 69 Main St, Swansea Noon – 1 p.m.-Somerset Public Safety Complex, 1464 County St.,Somerset No appointment is necessary. The Case High girls' soccer will be hosting Dighton-Rehoboth, today at 3:30 p.m. The field hockey team is at Fairhaven, while the golf team is facing Bourne at the Brookside Golf Club at 3:30 p.m. and the girls' volleyball team is at Dighton-Rehoboth at 6 p.m.

The 2013 Stars and Cars of the Seekonk Speedway will be part of a Track Pit Party, Saturday, Sept. 7, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
