Seekonk Kiwanis 5K Race & Walkathon

Seekonk Kiwanis is sponsoring a 5K Race and Walkathon on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. It will start & end at Martin School on Cole Street.
All ages are invited, runners will start first followed by the walkers.
Pre-registration will be $25 & $30 same day as the race. Deadline for
pre-registration is September 25th.
There will also be events for pre-school, elementary and middle school age
children sponsored by the Seekonk Youth and Recreation with a donation of $5 to
Seekonk Kiwanis.
We welcome sponsors to help with the costs – GOLD for $500, SILVER for $125.
Names will appear on the tee-shirts.
We also welcome donations for prizes (gift certificates, articles or money for
food and advertising).
The proceeds from the event will benefit scholarships for child care and for
graduating seniors and will sponsor the Key Club at the Seekonk High School and
the Builders’ Club at the Hurley Middle School.
Kiwanis is a world wide non-profit organization dedicated to improving “one
child and one community at a time”.
