Seekonk Police Log April 13-17: Alleged Assault on a Pregnant Woman.

The following is from the Seekonk Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate convictions.

April 13

11:44 a.m. Shawn Tremblay, 37, of 139 Pine St. was arrested for two counts of violating an abuse prevention order and one count of using a motor vehicle without authority.

6:33 p.m. Caller reported finding graffiti on a dumpster on Ellis Street.

April 14

1:48 a.m. Derek Amaral, 19, of 27 Blacksmith Rd. was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle collision, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Amaral was arrested after allegedly striking private property on Miller Street.

6:49 a.m. Nicholas Reis, 29, of 32 Hamlyn St. was arrested for domestic assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and assault and battery on a pregnant woman.

7:41 a.m. Caller reported his mailbox was stolen during the night on Sagamore Road.

4:38 p.m. Caller reported a case of shoplifting at Bob’s Store.

April 15

3:27 p.m. Caller reported a case of larceny at the YMCA. Caller reported his keys were taken from his jacket.

April 16

11:50 a.m. Justin Westley, 32, of 160 Broad St. in Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested for felony larceny and having an active warrant.

12:35 p.m. Caller reported a break in on Baker Street. Allegedly, neighborhood kids were breaking into the unused home.

1:09 p.m. William Galego, 42, of 27 Pcoahontas Dr. was arrested for domestic assault.

2:34 p.m. Caller reported a customer left without paying at the Color Nails N Spa.

2:51 p.m. Caller reported his vehicle was broken into while parked on Greenbriar Dr.
