Seekonk Republicans to Host Candidates Forum
The session will take place at the Seekonk Library Saturday at 10 a.m.

The Seekonk Republican Town Committee will hold its annual "Meet the Candidates" open forum on Saturday March 16 at the Seekonk Public Library Meeting Room at 10 a.m.
All candidates in contested Seekonk town election races (board of selectmen, school committee and water commission) have been invited to make a presentation to the SRTC and the general public to 1) discuss their reasons for running and their priorities, 2) entertain questions from the participating audience and 3) to be considered for an official SRTC endorsement if desired.
This event has always been open to anyone who wishes to attend. The SRTC believes this platform provides all candidates an extra opportunity to introduce themselves and deliver their campaign message in an unfiltered format. The SRTC believes an informed citizenry makes the best choices in a democratic republic.
