SEEKONK, MA – The Seekonk Town Meeting this week approved $100,000 for feasibility studies for two projects. At Monday's meeting, voters gave the green light to $50,000 for a study for construction of a South End fire station and $50,000 for a study for Phase II of the senior center.The Town Meeting also moved to appropriate $236,000 for the purchase and equipping of a loader for the Department of Public Works and $67,000 for the purchase and equipping of a dump truck and plow to be utilized by the School Department.<a href="http://seekonk-ma.gov/pages/SeekonkMA_News/025B0038-000F8513.0/Warrant%2011-13-2017.pdf" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Click here</a> to see what else was approved by the Town Meeting.
