'Severe' T-Storms Coming for Seekonk, Swansea

“Strong to severe” thunderstorms may hit Seekonk and Swansea Monday night and Tuesday.

The greatest threat is from Monday at 6 p.m. through Tuesday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Here’s the latest forecast:

• Monday: Mostly sunny. High of 89 degrees, low 70. Windy, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of thunderstorms at night.
• Tuesday: Thunderstorms likely in the morning and afternoon. Otherwise, cloudy. High 87, low 65.
• Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 80, low 62.
