Suspicious Device Found In Fall River

FALL RIVER, MA – A suspicious device was reported Thursday night at an apartment complex in Fall River. Police and federal agents responded to an apartment complex on North Main Street shortly after 8 p.m. and remained at the scene overnight, according to NBC 10.

Authorities detonated the device, WHDH reported. Residents told news outlets they heard an explosion at one point during the night.

Some evacuations were ordered as a precaution. No injuries were reported.
