The Batman Sidekick Contest is still in full swing at the library. Batman has had awesome sidekicks over the years but the Library wants YOU to draw yourself as Batman’s new sidekick. Winners will get their choice of cool superhero toys. Entries must be received by May 31st. Include name, age and phone number on all entries. Entry forms are available at the library.
The Teen and adult Fan Fiction contest continues until May 31st when winners will be announced by the close of the day. Write a fan fiction Dark Knight story , 1000-2000 words and the winning prize is a $25 gift certificate to Newbury Comics. Not confident in your fiction skills? Write an essay instead on which Batman movie is the best and why.
