Valentine's Day Chocolate Truffle Dipping Demo & Tasting at the Farmers Market

We all know how to eat chocolate truffles, but if you’d like to see the process of making high quality handmade truffles up close, try your hand at dipping a truffle (or “enrobing” it, as the pros say) and of course sample the finished product, then come come by the Kennedy Confections booth at 11:00am this Valentine’s Day and add a little chocolate pick-me-up to your regular farmers market shopping!

Kennedy Confections Chef & Owner Jim Kennedy has trained, taught and baked all over the country, and has been offering gorgeous and delicious sweet treats of all sorts (his much beloved pear tarts, Cabernet wine jelly, whimsically decorated holiday cookies & exquisite wedding cakes, to name just a few) to the southern New England area for over 20 years. He will have his truffles and other Valentines goodies available at their table this Saturday...Snap some up for the sweet-toothed sweethearts in your life!
