September is Library Card sign-up month. If you do not have a library card, stop by the front desk at the Swansea Public Library. It’s the smartest card you will ever have. Get it. Use it. The Library will once again be hosting the third annual “Make it Snappy” Photo Contest. Submit a picture of yourself with your library card anywhere, any place and any way you like and enter it today. Check for rules on the Swansea Web Site.
