Best Of Patch Readers' Choice: Get In Shape For Women is the Best Place to Exercise

is Sharon Patch readers' favorite local place to exercise.

The Billings Street personal training studio where the two female trainers focus on weight training, cardio and nutrition won Patch's fourth Best Of Patch Readers' Choice poll.

Get In Shape received 10 points for receiving 1,057 votes, or 53 percent, of the 1,994 votes in the contest, which began at 5 a.m. Monday and wrapped up at 9 a.m. today.

"This is the place to come for results," franchise owner Liz McGill said today. McGill, who's also a client, took over the franchise about a month ago.

"With Get In Shape For Women, there are four key principles: weight training, cardio, nutrition and accountabilty. This is the place to come to really transform your body.

"I think probably all of the fitbess centers in Sharon are terrific. But our clients get real results here. I saw two of the comments that were from two of our clients. They just lost 70 pounds each."
