Tom French, Assistant Director of the Massachusetts Division of Wildlife's Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program will speak about the successful efforts to restore threatened or endangered species. In view of so  much news about the decline or loss  of animal populations, it is encouraging to learn that there are some victories.
