Visit Sharon Green Day today! Sun., April 28, 1-5pm, High St., Sharon

Please join us today from 1-5pm at the fabulous Sharon Green Day event, where you can mingle with your neighbors and speak to exhibitors about sustainable products and ideas.  Sample foods from Corianders, Crescent Ridge and Ward's Berry Farm, and enjoy the music of the Mighty Silverbacks.  For kids and the young at heart, there will be face painting, chalk murals, giant building blocks, and a chance to meet some animals from the Sunny Rock 4-H club.

Free garden plants and hazel nut trees, as well as water conservation appliances will be available on a first come, first served basis.  Boy Scouts will be holding a free bike clinic, and joining the Girl Scouts in a food drive/bake sale to support the Ilse Marks Food Pantry.  Please bring a food donation as entry to a 3pm family movie about a futuristic trash-compacting robot - to be show in the Public Library Community Room.
