SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury will host its third annual Pride at the Park celebration Saturday at Dean Park.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 27 at Dean Park, 805 Main St., with yoga, a guided walk, free ice cream, snacks, arts and crafts, music, games and food available from the New Boribites food truck.
The day will begin with a celebration at 11 a.m., followed by a free yoga session for all from 11:25 a.m. to noon led by instructor Brenda Seaver. The session is intended to focus on peace, power and balance, organizers said.
The Shrewsbury Trails Committee will lead a walk around the park from 12:15 to 1 p.m.
From 1 to 3 p.m., the celebration will continue with free ice cream, arts and crafts, games including Giant Connect Four, Jenga and badminton and resources about the LGBTQ+ community, according to the event flyer.
The event is organized by the Shrewsbury Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee and funded by the Shrewsbury Cultural Council.
