Spend an afternoon with Pastry Chef and Vintner, Frank Zoll, as he teaches you how to make fresh cannoli shells filled with fresh whole milk ricotta cream. You will start with whole milk to make our ricotta from scratch. Only then can we fill our freshly fried cannoli shells. This is a true farm to table recipe.
Following the demonstration will be a tasting of Zoll Cellars wines to find the best dessert pairing wine!
