Join us at the winery for our harvest to sample local New England wines and crush the grapes of Zoll Cellars future vintages. Think like a winemaker as we process the
grapes prior to fermentation. Pastry Chef and Vintner, Frank Zoll, will share with you how he hand crafts his wines.

Pinot Noir will be harvested around the last week of September.
Harvest Crush Classes start with a New England wine tasting paired with savory artesian breads & farm fresh local cheeses, followed by a Zoll Cellars' biodynamic
farm tour.

Then it will be up to you to assist with sorting of grapes, crushing and de-stemming of fruit. After our grapes are crushed, we will analyze and test the juice to make simple
corrections to balance the must prior to fermentation.
Following your Crush will be a full tasting of Zoll Cellars 2011 vintages: South Eastern New England DRY Riesling, The Lighthouse Unfiltered Red Blend, The Sand Castle
Unfiltered Red Blend, Long Island NY Cabernet Franc, & Late Harvest NY Vidal Blanc.
Tentative Harvest Date September 29th 2012.
