Important Message From Shrewsbury Water & Sewer Division
If you experience discolored water, please discontinue using water for a period of time (up to an hour) and then try the water again.

The Water and Sewer Division has received several reports of discolored water today. Crews are working to identify the cause, which they believe was from the unauthorized use of a hydrant. The areas where discolored water has occurred include in the vicinity of Old Mill Road, Maple Avenue, Harriet Avenue, and Dawson Circle

If you experience discolored water, please discontinue using water for a period of time (up to an hour) and then try the water again. While discolored water is present, please refrain from using hot water and flush your cold water using a downstairs bathtub or outside faucet.
