Important Message From Shrewsbury Water And Sewer Division
The water main was damaged by a contractor installing granite curbing.

The Water and Sewer Division is currently responding to a water main break in the vicinity of Main Street and Spring Street. The water main was damaged by a contractor installing granite curbing. Once crews isolate the impacted section of water main, we expect the water to be off for 6-8 hours on Main Street from the intersection of Spring Street to the Northborough town Line

Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may have discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water once service has been restored, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.
