Shrewsbury Counseling Center, LLC is an established, private, mental wellness organization serving children, adolescents and families in the Worcester area since 2005. We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide outpatient mental health services to diverse populations.
We are currently hiring licensed, preferably credentialed, clinicians for our practice which provides a range of services to clients of all ages.
This position is a fee for services position working Per Diem (as needed) flexible hours. You can create your own schedule. Day, Evening and some weekend hours available. We provide office space, administrative and billing support and access to all insurance panels.
Qualifications:
• LICSW, LMHC or LMFT (Licensed in MASSACHUSETTS)
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field required;
• Experience working with youth and families with mental health, social and/or emotional needs preferred;
• Experience with group facilitation and experience with substance abuse a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial intake assessments, provide individual and/or family therapy and on-going case management
• Facilitate group treatment in areas such as substance abuse/relapse prevention, anger management, self-regulation/coping skills, bullying prevention/intervention and gender specific treatment
• Coordinate, facilitate and/or participate in clinical reviews
• Hours are flexible.
