There is a "new student open house" for those entering Sherwood Middle School for the 2013-2014 school season.
The open house, happening on Sunday, Aug. 25, includes an orientation for students and families new to Shrewsbury. Meet the principal and assistant principals in an open forum format at 3:30 p.m., then join the 4 p.m. building tours.
Tours for Paton School and Floral Street School families take place from 4-5:15 p.m. and Spring Street and Coolidge School families tour the facility from 5:45-7 p.m.
On Monday, Aug. 26, from 3-4:30 p.m., students and their families are invited to participate in self-guided tours and locate their homerooms in preparation for the first day of school. Teachers will not be present at this time.
