The Shrewsbury Rotary Club recently gave its Paul Harris Award to Dr. Alan Picarillo, a pediatric neonatologist at UMass Memorial Healthcare assistant professor of pediatrics at UMass Medical School in Worcester, reported the Community Advocate.
The Paul Harris Award, the International Rotary's highest community service award, was presented at the installation lunch on June 17. Picarillo was specifically honored for his involvement in establishing a new webcab system at the hospital.
