Shrewsbury Changes Town Hall Hours For Summer 2022

The new hours went into effect on Tuesday and will last through the beginning of September.

SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury on Tuesday changed the open hours of town hall, a shift that will last until early September.

The change will mean that town hall will be open about two hours later on Tuesdays. But the town will also cut hours on Fridays by about 4-1/2 hours. The change only applies to Shrewsbury Town Hall. The public works department, building inspector and Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations.

The new summer Shrewsbury Town Hall hours through Sept. 2 will be:

  • Monday — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday — 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday — 8 a.m. to noon
